Frequently Asked Questions & Information

Where are the ADA or Accessible Seating Areas?

ADA seating is available only by calling the ticket office at (406) 519-4115. Accessible seating is located behind seating sections 100, 101, 102, 103, and 104.

Are there ATMs at the Ballpark?

Yes. Glacier Bank ATMs are located on the main concourse under the first and third base building stairwells.

Where can I find Baby Changing Tables?

Baby changing tables are located in the restrooms on the first base and third base concourses. 

Is tailgating allowed?

**NO TAILGATING ALLOWED**

Where can I find the Elevator Access?

The elevator is located in the third base building for guests who cannot navigate the stairs.

Is the ballpark Family-Friendly?

Absolutely! 

Glacier Bank Park is a family-friendly environment. We encourage responsible alcohol consumption and courteous language. Please treat surrounding fans with respect and courtesy. Guidelines for fans can be found in the Code of The Range online at gorangeriders.com/faqs.

Can I bring my own food?

All outside food and beverages are prohibited.  

A variety of food and beverages, including gluten-free options, can be purchased throughout the ballpark. Exceptions can be made for health reasons; contact us in advance at (406) 519-4115 to make arrangements.

First AId Station Location

The first aid station is located at Guest Services in the plaza.

Guest Services Location

The Guest Services window is located in the plaza on the backside of the Box Office building.

Kid Zone Location & Rules

The Kid Zone is located on the concourse level at the end of the first base building. The play structure is intended for guests ages 12 and under. An adult must accompany all kids. Please play safe and watch for foul balls!

Lost & Found Information

All lost and found items will be turned into Guest Services located in the plaza. Lost items will be held for seven days before they are discarded or donated.

Lost Children

If a guest is separated from their child, please go directly to the Guest Services window in the plaza to arrange an emergency page over the PA.

Can I make a marriage proposal during a game or at the ballpark?

To request a marriage proposal, please contact our production team at information@gorangeriders.com or (406) 519-4115. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the requested date. A request is not a guarantee of an announcement.

Where can I buy Glacier Range Riders Merchandise?

The Range Riders Mercantile is located on the concourse level behind home plate and is open from the start to finish of all home games. Shop online anytime at GoRangeRiders.com. U.S. currency and all major credit cards are accepted.

Parking Information

Glacier Bank Park has multiple parking options. For Glacier Range Riders games, parking lots open 90 minutes before the first pitch. The following is information for Glacier Range Riders games and may be different for other events:

  • Proximity Parking – The parking lots closest to the ballpark entrance cost $10 per car. Cash and electronic payments are accepted.
  • Free Parking – Two lots are available for free parking; their distance to the ballpark entrance is approximately a five-to-ten-minute walk.
  • Drop-off Lane – There is a drop-off lane available for all guests, buses, and rideshares to use. Please let a parking attendant know if you would like to use this option.
  • ADA Parking – Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in both the free and paid lots. Please arrive early to get a spot.
  • Stadium Departure – All traffic MUST TURN RIGHT onto HWY 93. To go north, use the Church Street interchange to turn around.
Prohibited Items Information

The following is a list of items prohibited from entering the stadium:  

  • Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
  • Tobacco and Marijuana of any kind – Glacier Bank Park is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited, including electronic and smokeless cigarettes.
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Bottles, water bottles, coolers, and containers of any kind
  • Backpacks/suitcases
  • No bags or purses larger than 8.5”x11”
  • Weapons of any kind, including knives, guns, pepper spray, explosive devices, etc.
  • Animals (aside from Cliff & Huck) – Only ADA service animals are allowed; Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under ADA.
  • Lawn chairs or seatback chairs
  • Umbrellas – To preserve spectator views and for the safety of our fans, we do not allow umbrellas in Glacier Bank Park.
  • Tents including portable pop-up shades
  • Wagons
  • Banners/flags/signage
  • Noise makers – air horns, whistles, items that produce loud noises, etc.
  • Baseball bats
  • Balloons or inflatable items
  • Gifts or presents
  • Laser pointers
  • Radios/Bluetooth speakers
  • Aerosol cans
  • Commercial-grade cameras and video recorders – Spectator cameras with lenses over six inches (6”) long are not allowed. The use of flash is prohibited. 
  • Selfie sticks, tripods, or monopods
  • Remote control flying devices or unmanned aerial vehicles (i.e. drones)

Other Guidelines 

  • Drug use is prohibited at Glacier Bank Park and its surrounding property, including parking lots. 
  • Glacier Bank Park policies and state and federal law are in effect at all times.
  • There is no re-entry. Be prepared to stay once you enter the gates. Leaving and re-entering the stadium for any reason is not allowed.
  • Profanity and abusive language are not allowed during games and events at Glacier Bank Park. Spectators using profanity or abusive language towards athletes, coaches, officials, performers, staff, or fellow spectators may have their tickets revoked and be removed from the venue.
  • Throwing items onto the playing surface, stage, or indirectly or directly at other people will not be tolerated and will be grounds for removal and banishment from the premises.
  • Stay in areas open to the public. Unauthorized people entering the playing field, performance zones, or other private areas will be removed from the venue and banned from future events.
    Where can I find the Restrooms?

    Restrooms are located on both the first and third base concourse levels. Suite-level restrooms are located in each building. All restrooms are ADA-accessible.

      When can kids Run the Bases?

      Kids ages 12 and under are invited to participate in the “Run the Bases” following each Sunday home game.

        Special Scoreboard Messages & Information

        Scoreboard messages for most occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc.) may be purchased for $50.

        Requests must be submitted 48 hours before a game, and messages have a maximum of 48 characters.

          Security Information

          All security inquiries can be made at the Guest Services window located in the plaza. 

            Service Animal Information

            No animals are permitted within Glacier Bank Park with the exception of trained service animals as defined under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under ADA.

              Suites at Glacier Bank Park

              Ballpark suites are located on the second level. Suites 231-236 are located in the home plate building. Suites 241-250 are located in the first base building. Suites 273-278 are located in the third base building.
